Shipping & Returns
We are able to place your order almost anywhere in the world with DHL. All purchases made online are usually delivered within 1-2 days and should get on the country where the customer lives within 5-7 business days. However, if you live in the more rural areas, it may take longer. International orders can be held up by customs, unfortunately these types of delays tend to be outside of the control but we can provide assistance in these matters.
You can, for any reason, cancel an order within six hours of purchasing, before the goods actually delivered and receive a full refund. Cancellation of the order should be made in writing quoting your order number. This is often sent by e-mail to customer service services.If goods have already been sent prior to the cancellation, please contact our customer service and ask you to come back address within 14 days.
Return or Trade
We only accept three reasons for return or exchange, wrong size; Wrong delivery items; Defective items. If you received wrong items or even defective products, please inform us within 1-2 days after receipt of the products to qualify for a return or trade. If you do not provide us with a prompt notification available, we will not authorize your return or trade. To receive authorization for a return, please contact us to have to obtain return reason. All items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Virtually all original labels must still be attached. If you return items without authorization that we accept no return or refund. Physical damage caused to a property by the consumer not affect this policy. Deliver back by best way so that we can have it quickly and then solve this problem.
